If you require any changes or corrections upon receiving your proof
copy, simply send me an email by clicking the "Contact" button
on the Main Menu and I will call you within one business day to make the
adjustments that ensure your satisfaction.
I want you to be in a position to use your resume ASAP and give a high
priority to proofreading changes. So, be sure to mark the Subject line of
your email Proofreading Changes.
If it’s something simple, such as a date that needs to be changed,
but you don’t feel comfortable making the change yourself, just tell me
in the email and I’ll get it done right away.
If you have a more complex issue that you would like to discuss on the
phone, tell me a time range when you are available and I will call you or
call me at 570-795-9899.
If I disagree with a change you wish to make, I will tell you my
reasoning. At that point, if you still wish to make the change, I will do
so.
You have 10 business days from the date that I email your proof copy to
make changes. After that there will be a charge of $40/hour for additional
services.
If you are looking to add another job to your resume in the future, it
is considered an update rather than a proofreading change, and updating
fees apply.
Your satisfaction is important to me. I keep your resume file on my
desktop until I receive an email from you that you are satisfied with the
job. Because I do all of the work myself, I limit the number of resume
projects that I have in an active status at any one time. So please, be
sure to let me know when you agree that your project is completed. If you
happen to find something that needs to be changed after you’ve sent the
email, but before the end of the 10 business day proofing period, the
changes will still be made at no additional charge.
